Romney’s doing pretty badly among women, and I think that might end up being a big factor in this election because women vote at a slightly higher rate than men do. About 52 percent of the electorate in 2008 was female. And if that’s the case this time, then Obama’s got a huge edge, and that’s kind of a quiet undertone to the contest.
