If you’re in the loop today, stop by the Chicago Cultural Center for a  preview of Maria Finitzo’s film-in-progress  In the Game, a Kartmequin documentary that explores how Title IX has not only changed the place of women in sports, but also the place of sports in American society. The preview is part of a discussion led by  Girls in the Game president and CEO Amy Skeen  about gender equality in sports since Title IX was passed 40 years ago. The discussion is part of  the Illinois Humanities Council’s Cafe Society discussion series.
